Cherry Hand Pies in the Air Fryer
Cherry Hand Pies are basically delicious individual mini pieshave flaky crust and juicy filling. Perfect for Summer parties, picnics, and barbecues. They're also astonishingly good when topped with a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- air fryer
Ingredients
- 14 oz package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- non-stick cooking spray
- 3 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar (For glaze)
- 1/2 teaspoon milk (For glaze)
Instructions
- Unroll refrigerated pie crusts according to package directions.
Cut out 6 pies with cookie cutter.
Place 1.5 Tablespoons cherry pie filling near the center of each piece of dough.
Fold pie in half. Seal edge by pressing lightly with tines of a fork. Make 3 small cuts in top of dough.
Spray the basket lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the hand pies in basket of air fryer.
Cook in air fryer for 350°F or 176°C for approximately 10 minutes or when lightly browned.
remove and allow to cool.
Mix glaze ingredients thoroughly to remove lumps.
Drizzle over top of cooled pies.
Notes
Cooking time may vary depending on the size and model of the air fryer. You can adjust amounts of confectioner's sugar and milk for glaze if desired
