Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies in the Air Fryer

These Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies are packed with oats, chocolate chips, and incredibly soft and chewy. Healthier than any other chips especially when baked in an Air Fryer. Not to mention lots of heart-healthy oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F or 176°C for 3 minutes.
    In a large bowl, mix cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda and salt. gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Form into balls using one tablespoon of dough; flatten slightly. Line the air fryer basket with foil and place shaped dough Cook for 8-10 minutes at the same temperature or until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining dough.


Notes

Make sure you place shape dough 2 inches apart for better result
