Chocolate Lava Cake in the Air Fryer
Chocolate Lava Cakes are ultra right, decadent, and gourmet but surprisingly simple! Perfect for a special occasion, yet easy enough for every day. It is a popular dessert that combines the elements of a flourless chocolate cake and a soufflé.

Ingredients
- 100 grams Dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Self Rising Flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons Bakers Sugar
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a microwave safe bowl, add the butter
Microwave the chocolate and butter for 3 minutes make sure to stir regularly. Remove and stir to form a consistent mixture
In a large mixing bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar (Whisk until frothy)
Add the chocolate mix to the egg mix then add the flour. Fold the mixture to an even consistency
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F or 190°C for 3 minutes
Grease 4 oven proof ramikins, and fill to about 75% with the mixture
Put in the Air fryer and cook for 10 minutes
Remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes
Carefully turn the ramekin over onto a plate and tap the bottom of the ramekin with a butter knife to release the cake. Add sauce of icing sugar to complete

Double the ingredient if you want to have more than 4 cakes
