Thighs, boneless in the Air Fryer
Chicken thighs are a great addition to any meal. Just add your favorite seasonings, fry in your airfryer, and serve with your favorite vegetables to make a delicious meal.

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Seasonings of your choice
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your airfryer to 193C or 380F.
- 2. Place your desired seasonings in a plasic bag along with the defrosted chicken thighs.
- 3. Shake the bag to coat the thighs.
- 4. Lightly spray the thighs with cooking oil before adding them to the airfryer basket.
- 5. Cook the chicken thighs for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- 6. Serve with your favorite vegetable dishes.
Notes
- defrost the chicken before cooking -flip the thighs often to ensure even cooking -make sure the chicken is fully cooked before consuming
