Chicken thighs are a great addition to any meal. Just add your favorite seasonings, fry in your airfryer, and serve with your favorite vegetables to make a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • Seasonings of your choice
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your airfryer to 193C or 380F.
  • 2. Place your desired seasonings in a plasic bag along with the defrosted chicken thighs.
  • 3. Shake the bag to coat the thighs.
  • 4. Lightly spray the thighs with cooking oil before adding them to the airfryer basket.
  • 5. Cook the chicken thighs for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • 6. Serve with your favorite vegetable dishes.

Notes

  • defrost the chicken before cooking -flip the thighs often to ensure even cooking -make sure the chicken is fully cooked before consuming
