Salmon Fillet in the Air Fryer
Salmon is a very popular fish to eat around the world. Its bright pink color makes for an attriactive dish when paired with fresh vegetables. This recipe gives a suggestion of a seasoning, but feel free to add whatever kind of seasonings you enjoy.
Equipment
- Airfryer
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- fresh squeezed 1/2 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried or fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the seasonings and the oil together in a bowl.
- Brush the seasoning mixture onto the salmon.
- Preheat the airfryer to 190C or 380F.
- Place the salmon into the airfryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
-dethaw the salmon before cooking -use enough oil to coat the fillets to avoid sticking -flip the salmon halfway to assure even cooking -adjust the cooking time to your preferance on the done-ness of the salmon
