Salmon Fillet in the Air Fryer

Salmon is a very popular fish to eat around the world. Its bright pink color makes for an attriactive dish when paired with fresh vegetables. This recipe gives a suggestion of a seasoning, but feel free to add whatever kind of seasonings you enjoy.

Equipment

  • Airfryer

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • fresh squeezed 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried or fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix the seasonings and the oil together in a bowl.

  • Brush the seasoning mixture onto the salmon.
  • Preheat the airfryer to 190C or 380F.
  • Place the salmon into the airfryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Notes

-dethaw the salmon before cooking
-use enough oil to coat the fillets to avoid sticking
-flip the salmon halfway to assure even cooking
-adjust the cooking time to your preferance on the done-ness of the salmon
