Swordfish Steak in the Air Fryer
Swordfish is a large migratory fish, popular to catch in sport fishing. While it is sometimes difficult to find in supermarkets, this recipe can also be used for other larger steaks of fish.

- Airfryer
Ingredients
- swordfish steak
- seasoning of your choice, cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Use the cooking spray to add a bit of oil to the swordfish.
- Rub your choice of seasonings onto the swordfish, letting it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the airfryer to 204C or 400F.
- Spray the airfryer basket with cooking spray to avoid the swordfish from sticking.
- Cook the swordfish for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through to assure even cooking.
