Beef Eye Round Roast in the Air Fryer
The eye of round is one of the not-so-popular cuts for the backside of a cow. with more muscles giving way to less tender cuts. It's considered as one of the toughest cuts, making it a less popular choice when it comes to steak. However, with proper way of cooking, this affordable cut of beef can be tender and flavorful. One of these ways is through cooking it using an Air Fryer.
Marinate your beef eye round into your preferred marinade or BBQ sauce for 24 hours
After 24 hours, remove the beef from the marinade.
Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 204°C or 400°F.
Place the meat in the Air Fryer Basket
Cook for about 45 to 55 minutes.
