Flank Steak in the Air Fryer
While it's consided as one of the toughest cuts of meat, a flank steak is actually also one of the tastiest. A flank steak as the name suggests comes from the flank of the steer just below the sirloin and loin. Because it has several connective tissues, it is rather tough but the secret to making it tender is through the method of cooking. Traditionally, it is cooked either in really hot plate but fast or through long process of broiling over slow heat. However, with Air Fryer, flank steak can now be cooked perfectly in a very simple way.
Preheat the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 204°C or 400°F
Place the meat in the Air Fryer Basket
Cook for about 25 minutes.
