London Broil in the Air Fryer
Often thought of as a cut of beef, London broil is actually a cooking method. It actually involves marinating a cut of beef, usually top round or flank steak overnight, broiling it under high heat, then cutting it into thin slices before serving. Because it has become a famous cooking method, the name itself is now used as a dish name. With Air Fryer, cooking London broil is now faster and easier, allowing you to prepare it as a common dish at your home.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef (your preferred cut)
Instructions
- Marinate your beef into your preferred marinade or BBQ sauce for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, remove the beef from the marinade.
- Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 204°C or 400°F.
- Place the meat in the Air Fryer Basket
- Cook for about 25 to 35 minutes.

- No oil necessary
- Use sharp knife to make equally thin slices
