London Broil in the Air Fryer

London Broil in the Air Fryer

Often thought of as a cut of beef, London broil is actually a cooking method. It actually involves marinating a cut of beef, usually top round or flank steak overnight, broiling it under high heat, then cutting it into thin slices before serving. Because it has become a famous cooking method, the name itself is now used as a dish name. With Air Fryer, cooking London broil is now faster and easier, allowing you to prepare it as a common dish at your home.
