Course: Main Course
1.5 - 2 lbs rack of lamb
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt & pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
mix in a small bowl, the rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. rub the herb mixture all over the lamb. Place the rack of lamb into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F, for 10 minutes. Rest the lamb on the counter for about 10 to 12 minutes, which allows the juice to settle in the middle of the meat
Lamb cooks fast, especially when you are using the air fryer, so remember to watch it. The fat side of the lamb is facing upwards, and as it “air-fries”, the fat drips down and covers the meat, making it tender.
