Air Fryer Avocado Fries is an American Cuisine which are creamy and crunchy without any oily mess! With only a handful of ingredients, these are the perfect healthy snack or appetizer!

2 medium ripe fresh avocados, cut in half, pits removed
1/4 cup flour
1 medium egg
1 TBS water
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs/Japanese breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
olive oil spray
handful chopped cilantro
1 tbs sprinkle parmesan cheese
Cut the fresh avocados in half, then remove the pit. Cut into 4-5 thicker slices per half, and use a spoon to scrape the back of the skin to remove the avocado flesh.
Prepare a shallow bowl with flour and a shallow bowl with egg (beaten) then 1 tbs water, shallow bowl with panko breadcrumbs and seasonings, and sliced avocados on a plate.
Dredge the avocado carefully in flour, then dip it into the egg wash covering it completely. Let the extra egg drip off, then toss into panko mixture, pressure mixture against avocado to coat. Repeat for all avocado slices.
Place the avocado fries into the basket in an even layer. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
Cook the Avocado fies in the Air fryer to 400°F or 204°C for 4 minutes. After, remove the basket and carefully flip the avocado fries over. Insert basket back into air fryer and then cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove and top with chopped cilantro and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
