1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil
salt and smoked paprika to taste
1. Preheat the Airfryer to 400F or 204C.
2. Place the cauliflower florets into a bowl along with the oil and desired seasonings.
3. Smash the garlic with the side of a knife and add it to the bowl, tossing all the ingredients together to coat the cauliflower.
4. Place the cauliflower in the Airfryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until the desired crispiness is reached.
The time it takes for the cauliflower to cook will depend on how big the florets are, so check their doneness often.
