Cauliflower in the Air Fryer
Roasted cauliflower is a favorite for all ages. With its mild flavor it works well with a wide variety of dishes. Using the airfryer greatly reduces the amout of oil required to roast the cauliflower to perfection while still maintaining the same great flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and smoked paprika to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 400F or 204C.
- 2. Place the cauliflower florets into a bowl along with the oil and desired seasonings.
- 3. Smash the garlic with the side of a knife and add it to the bowl, tossing all the ingredients together to coat the cauliflower.
- 4. Place the cauliflower in the Airfryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until the desired crispiness is reached.
Notes
- The time it takes for the cauliflower to cook will depend on how big the florets are, so check their doneness often.
- You can use whatever seasoning you like to coat the cauliflower
