Mushrooms in the Air Fryer
Mushrooms are high in antioxidants, selenium, vitamin D and low in fat and calories but a rich source of fiber. Has a lot of health benefits which include weight loss and relief from high cholesterol.
Equipment
- air fryer
Ingredients
- Sliced/whole Mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Season with salt and pepper and Lightly oil the mushrooms
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 5 minutes at 400 °F or 204°C then shake and toss the mushrooms half way through cooking time.
Finish air frying and serve with your favorite dishes

- add garlic to enhance its taste and aroma
