Peppers in the Air Fryer
Bell peppers are not only healthy, they are also versatile. In fact, there are more than 10 ways to prepare and cook them and for sure, whichever way you choose to cook bell peppers, you will surely enjoy them. But to save on time and to preserve the vitamins and minerals these peppers give, the best way is to prepare them through an Air Fryer.
- 10-20 pcs of bell peppers
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 eggs
Slice the peppers onto two
Mix flour, eggs and seasoning
Deep the sliced peppers
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F 193°C for 15 minutes
Place the peppers into the Air Fryer basket and wait for 10 minutes
- Best to freeze the peppers on the batter before cooking.
- Best to serve with your preferred condiments.
- You can even add fillings to your air fried peppers.
