Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Potatoes are such a humble yet versatile ingredient. It is widely used in different dishes from cutlets to wedges and fries to bakes, pies, and curries. In fact, just the potatoes itself are already an awesome appetizer. How much more if it comes with flavor like garlic and is roasted in an Air Fryer?

- Airfryer
Ingredients
- 5 pcs potatoes
- Finely chopped garlic
- seasoning
- olive oil
Instructions
- Slice potatoes horizontally into 5 to 8 pcs. each
- Put them in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, seasoning and finely chopped garlic. Toss the potatoes until all slices are well-coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F 204°C for 10 minutes
- Place the sliced potatoes in the AIr Fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes
Notes
- Best to freeze the potatoes before cooking. It helps make your air fried potato wedges crispy
- Best served with condiments like mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise
