Potato Wedges in the Air Fryer
Potato wedges, as the name suggests, are wedges of potatoes. They are cooked unpeeled and are usually fried. They have similar tastes to the well known French fries but with a twist because of the potato peel not to mention that they are larger than the usual French Fries. They are also very easy to prepare and cook especially if you have an Air Fryer.
Equipment
- Airfryer
Ingredients
- 3 pcs potato
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice your potatoes into wedges. Wash them and dry.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F / 204°C for 5 minutes
- Lay the strips on the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cook for 30 minutes
Notes
- Make sure you dry the potatoes to make them crispy
- Have your favorite condiments ready
